A convergent total synthesis of cis-solamin (1a) and its diastereomer (1b) was accomplished. A key reaction of this approach was the use of VO(acac)2-catalyzed diastereoselective epoxidation of (Z)-bis-homoallylic alcohol 3 followed by spontaneous cyclization for the cis-THF ring formation. By comparison of the optical rotation of the two possible diastereomers, it is suggested that the absolute configuration of natural cis-solamin is 1a. Inhibitory action of synthetic 1a and 1b with bovine heart mitochondrial complex I are reported.  相似文献

Orientation control of perovskite compounds was investigated by the application of a seed layer prepared from oxide nanosheets. An aqueous suspension of oxide nanosheets was prepared by the exfoliation of a layered compound of KCa2Nb3O10 oxide grains. A seed layer composed of (TBA)Ca2Nb3O10 nanosheets (TBA = tetrabutylammonium) was formed on a glass substrate by simply dip coating it in the suspension. Two kinds of perovskite compounds, LaNiO3 (LNO) and Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT) with a preferred orientation of (00l) were successfully grown on this seeded glass substrate. In this study, the relation between lattice mismatch and electrical properties is investigated. A large, oriented PZT film with a size of 5 ×4 cm shows an improved P-E hysteresis behavior by use of this orientation control.  相似文献

Glycyrrhetic acid (GA), aglycone of glycyrrhizin (GL), inhibited potently (I50 = 7 x 10(-6) M) and non-competitively the activity of NAD(P)+-linked 3 alpha-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase of rat liver cytosol. The inhibition was slightly weaker than that of indomethacin, a potent anti-inflammatory agent, but stronger than that of dexamethasone, another anti-inflammatory agent. GL, GA monoglucuronide, and 3-epi-glycyrrhetic acid also inhibited this enzyme activity, but did so less effectively (I50 = 5-8 x 10(-5) M). Carbenoxolone (GA 3-hemisuccinate) and 3-keto-glycyrrhetic acid showed potent inhibitory effects similar to GA, and 18 alpha-GA showed the most powerful inhibition of the activity.  相似文献

Proton T1 measurement with the Fourier transform method combined with quenching of dipolar coupling through selective deuterium substitution is shown to be a useful method for elucidating intra- and intermolecular interactions in solution, with 2′,3′-isopropylideneadenosine as an example. Average distances between H-8 and ribose protons are determine in combination with carbon-13 T1 measurement. The method is compared with the nuclear Overhauser effect.  相似文献

Summary In order to investigate the kinetics of CO2dissociation on supported nickel catalysts, a novel technique, which can give the surface reaction rate constants with no information on the number of active sites, was developed. It was revealed that CO2dissociation was more enhanced on TiO2support than on other metal oxide ones. The activity pattern and activation energies were in good agreement with those obtained by a conventional pulse technique using the number of active sites, suggesting the validity of the present technique for investigating the kinetics of the surface reaction.</o:p>  相似文献

In general, palladium-carbon (Pd/C) catalyzed hydrogenation of epoxides affords the corresponding primary and secondary alcohols as a mixture. It has been found that the catalytic activity of a Pd/C -ethylenediamine complex catalyst [Pd/C(en)] in the hydrogenolysis of epoxide functions is drastically reduced. Herein we describe a mild and chemoselective method for the hydrogenation of olefin, nitro, and azide functions with retention of the epoxide function. The chemoselectivity was accomplished by using a combination of 5% Pd/C(en) and THF as solvent. A significant drop in the chemoselectivity of the hydrogenation is observed with 5% Pd/C(en) in MeOH. These results reinforce the utility of epoxides as important precursors of alcohols in synthetic chemistry.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Chiral C(4)-substituted (E)- or (Z)-1-alkynyl-1-trimethylsilyloxy-2-butene systems provide anti-(Z) or syn-(Z) conjugated dienyne, with a very high level of stereocontrol, on treatment with BF(3).OEt(2) in CH(2)Cl(2) at -50 degrees C in the presence of allyltrimethylsilane. The Cieplak conformation for (E)-substrates and neighboring-group participation for (Z)-substrates are considered to be responsible for the stereochemical consequences.  相似文献
